We have a small network running NT4, Echange 5.5 and Proxy 2 connected to this network are a mixture of PC's and Laptops all running Win 98 and Outlook 2000.

The problem is with the laptops in as much as when we first set them up they were working fine in the last 3 weeks when outlook connects to exchange the connection comes to a vertual standstill.

We have tried every which way we can to resolve this and are failing I would add that we have no problem with the PC's

Can anyone help we are desperate

Are these plugged into the same router/hub/switch?  Is it possible that the network wires are failing?  Is there some sort of electrical interference that could cause this?  Bad NIC cards?
We need more information to solve this one.

Have you tried a Repair on these systems?  Start-Settings-Control Panel-Add/Remove-Office2K-Repair.
