I have just built a library of components that provide developers access to complex data analysis functions.

Descriptives - Summary statistics and complex calculations that cannot be built quickly or easily in SQL

Outliers - Identify field values exceeding specified limits

Bivariates - Predictive relationships between fields.

I am asking for help from the members of this area to take a look at the components and let me know what you think, do they seem to work etc.

Initially the components were built with the idea that they can be incorporated into a data mining application, but the more I think about it, they could also help with QC analysis of datbase updates, etc.

If this offends anyone please accept my apologies, I am just in need of some comments on the components.

May I suggest that you also post this question in the Lounge section of Experts Exchange:

http://www.experts-exchange.com/lounge/

they love a bit of beta-testing/constructive criticism/character asassination in there, and most of them are usually willing to help with code/software reviews... they're like that.... funny bunch ;)
