Problem Description
-------------------
CDR-20041 Failed to Initialize Workarea while connecting as a subordinate user.


Solution Description
--------------------
Login to RAU and do Full Reconcile. This will bring back the access rights to
the sub-ordinate User.


Explanation
-----------
Sub-ordinate user does not have access rights to that workarea.
