This post will remain as part of the EE archive once PAQ'd. I am working to my guidelines:

PAQ/No Refund:
Use when the Experts have given good information to a relatively good question, but have not given a workable solution, and the Asker has stopped responding to the Experts' questions and comments.

I also found that your first link is no longer available.

Paul,

While the first link is no longer available, the third site is chocked full (three pages of links) of Delphi/SMS links
http://search.tucows.com/search?search=delphi+sms&platform_id=7%2C1565%2C1584%2C1570%2C1571%2C1725&language_id=1&type=exactany&site_detail_id=653&ref=

and the other three links are still valid.
