you will find the originator of the watchdog.exe program at:
http://www.sarna.net/watchdog/wdversion.shtml

This program must have been installed on your computer and then removed leaving some commands behind. First check the Start up folder at Start/right click/open/programs/ startup/ and see if a there is shortcut to watchdog.exe. If so delete it.
If not check the Autoexe.bat file and config.sys file to see if watchdog is listed. If so remove it.
