How come I cannot retrieve more than 10 fields from MySQL table and those VARCHAR (or CHAR) fields cannot be displayed on a grid ?

Dbexpress used to compatible old stable version of MySQL server. When you try to download you have to buy license from MySQL.com  . I prefer to use scibit's component for MySQL server.
