Hi,
i have a userrole that can see all the documents of all the categories in a view. The person who has not the role can see only his category. That is what i try to do so what i put in the Display only one category event of the integrated view is :
@if(@isnotmember([Role];@userroles);Category;"")

What happens is, if the person has not the role, he can see his documents-->that's normal but if he has the role he can see nothing. In the Display only one category event of the integrated view i put just "" and nobody can see anything.

Is this normal? I thaught that "" was the same that empty.

Thanks for your help,
Koray.

I believe it is a typo, the formula has missing quotes around role, so it should be like this,
@if(@isnotmember("[Role]";@userroles);Category;"")

I assume that the integrated view is an embedded view !!!

The embeddedview that you have can have only one category value, no multi-values are allowed for show single category.

Use "*" to show all categories and use any specific field to display a specific category listing in the view.

eg:
Let us assume that the first category column contains username then my formula becomes
@if(@isnotmember("[Role]";@userroles);"*";@Name([CN];@UserName) )
