Promoting ISA Server as an Array in a 2000 Domain

I have installed ISA server on Windows 2000 domain, when i try to promote this ISA it give following errors.

The Server promotion failed.

The configuration root node cannot be accessed because the ISA server schema was not yet imported, or was imported incorrectly.

please help.

I'm guessing you're not logging with Schema Admin right? Only Schema Admins have the right to change the Schema, not even Enterprise Admins have this right.
