starting out with flash mx and need some guidance:

1. any sites/resources with cutting-edge animation samples (e.g. buttons, flying text, moving images, wave-like effects etc.) - they must be realy cool!
2. sites/resources for flash newbies that teach some basic tricks and techniques
3. advanced sites/resources for adding dynamic data with flash - e.g. incorporating with active server pages, databases, xml etc. - real high-end stuff.

i could look around for these sites myself, but there are too many and i am looking for real QUALITY. stuff like webmonkey.com is a little too bland for what im looking...

thank you!
