cheekycjCommented:
install Tomcat and configure it to work with Apache.

Here is how:
http://www.galatea.com/flashguides/apache-tomcat-4-unix.xml
http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/tomcat-3.3-doc/tomcat-apache-howto.html
http://satori.com:7878/tomcat/tomcat.html

some of the docs may say tomcat 3.x but it will work with tomcat 4.x too.

Free Tool: Subnet Calculator

The subnet calculator helps you design networks by taking an IP address and network mask and returning information such as network, broadcast address, and host range.
