How can I load a VB6 textbox onto a .NET form.

I agree with rkot, what's wrong with a .net textbox.  But, if you must, you need to add it to your toolbox.  Right click on a tab, and add one.  It's going to be in one of the collections of controls.  Probably something like vb6 common controls or something like that.

There is isn't anything wrong with the .NET textbox. But I am using an application that expects a VB6 textbox. My resolution to this is to just define a string variable in its place. I'm going to request deletion of this question as I have found my own answer.

Hi thenrich,
