How to check names in form code?

I am trying to simplify the process of using a resource. I am trying to set it so when someone either selects a location or types one in it will add that as a resource.  I need a way to validate the name if someone types it in manually.  I would like to do the validation before the user hits send.  Also once I validate the name I would like to change the location entry but I get this warning about allowing access for a time.  Why do some fields allow changes while others do not and is the any way around it. Any sugguestions on the validation?

To check names to an Item.Recipients.ResolveAll

The other behavior you are seeing is due to the security features that are now built in.

You have a couple of options.

If you are in an Exchange environment, you can download and install the
Administrative options package.  This will allow you to configure the
security update.

If you are not, your best option would be to use a third party tool called
Redemption (www.dimastr.com/Redemption).

For more information abuot the security update, see :

I cannot seem to change the security settings to make a difference.  Let me tell you what I am trying to do and maybe you will have a better suggestions.  The users have complained about the difficuly of using resources.  They would like to either just invited the resource in the 'To' field (which will cause the resource to not automatically book the time) or to jus type it into the location field and if the type it incorrectly or partially it should prompt them as the 'To' field does.
I tried using the PropertyChange Item on Location.  Everytime it change it would copy the value to Item.Resources.  When the person sent the meeting it would validate the name in the Resource list.  Unfortunately, this only works some of the time. (I can give you more details if you need it).  Also if the person typed in a partial resource in location the system, when validating, would fix the name in the resource but not in the Location.
When I tried to copy the resource back to location I would get the security warning, which I cannot seem to get rid of with the Outlook Security Settings(I am using Outlook 2002, but most are using 2000 with the security patch).
Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Sorry for the length comment.
Thanks,
Ron

One other comment.  I am trying to resolve the names in the location field not the recipient field.  Is there any way to do this?
