all patches should be listed in add remove programs.

If you cant see it there you can run the Microsoft Baseline Security analyser.  you can find it at http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/technet/security/tools/Tools/mbsahome.asp

You can also use Qfecheck and HFNetchk to check for installed hotfixes.  Check the Technet site for HFNetchk.
