how can i know the patch "Q269862_W2K_SP2_x86_CN.EXE" had been installed?How to list all the patches in my Windows 2000?

all patches should be listed in add remove programs.

If you cant see it there you can run the Microsoft Baseline Security analyser.  you can find it at http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/technet/security/tools/Tools/mbsahome.asp

You can also use Qfecheck and HFNetchk to check for installed hotfixes.  Check the Technet site for HFNetchk.
