I am wondering if anyone knows exactly how to stop the Internet Connection Wizard from running when ever a user logs onto a workstation and attempts to use IE for the first time.

Do you want to prevent them from accessing the internet or just disable the wizard?

Just Disable the wizard.  In other words I don't want the wizard to pop up the first time the attempt to run IE.

I’ll give you the points because the link you sent me actually helped me find the final answer.  If you follow the link below you can find out how to disable WFP in win 2k.  Once it is disabled you can delete c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Connection Wizard
