Configuring Outlook 2000 with internal only MS Mail

We are using the old MS Mail (windows messaging from Win95) Post Office for internal mail. (NO EXCHANGE SERVER)
We had no problem configuring it to work with Office/Outlook 97
If an Outlook client is upgraded to Otlook 2000 =fine
But if a complete fresh Office/Outlook 2000 is installed we can't get inbox to work.

We are using NetBeui network protocols (which messaging requires)
We think we are missing settings that were found in outlook Services or Properties menus that allow the install of MS Mail service ???

What Email service option you used? "Internet mail Only" or "Corporate and Workgroup"?

I am not sure if "Internet mail only" support Microsoft mail. But for "Corporate and Workgroup", you have to add the "Microsoft Mail" service from Tools --> Service.

time to clean up
if not stated otherwise

my recom will be
-PAQ and no refund
