CheckBox with bitmaps

Hi.
I want to create a checkbox with my bitmaps for checked / unchecked / disabled states.
I've tried to use CBitmapButton, but it doesn't work.
Some tested code lines will be very helpfull.

You can find many articles dealing with bitmaps and buttons at www.codeguru.com and www.codeproject.com, just to name a couple of my favourite source sites.
