How to disable mailing and printing facility in lotus notes

Hi,

Is there any way to disable build in Printing and mailing document facility in the Lotus notes workspace.

If you check the security tab of the form, you can see a check box "Disable Printing/Forwarding..." This will shut the print, copy and forward features. The document composed with this form will inherit this property.

Or if you want certain documents to have this property, then use a reserved field called $KeepPrivate, and set the value to "1"
