Feed Ado Recordset to Crystal Report

I have a rs that i want to base the crystal report off of.  

Dim rsCards as ADODB.recordset

set rsCards = new ADODB.recordset
rsCards.open "myTable"

Then i have a crystal report place on the form..

CrystalReport1

How do i tell CrystalReport1 to use the ado rs for it's data source and print it?
