what are Dllcmd32.exe and HotTray.exe?

Every time I restart/turn on my computer, a search thing comes up and says it can't find Dllcmd32.exe and after that it cant find HotTray.exe. Does anybody know what these are? and how if possible how I can replace them?

            Please help A.S.A.P.

If your machine runs ok, you can go to start-->run and type msconfig, go to the startup tab, and uncheck them
then you won't be prompted for them any more

Dllcmd32.exe is from hp jetsuite

HotTray.exe is from efax
http://www.3feetunder.com/krick/startlist.htm
Launches the Efax Messenger software on startup and also creates a system tray icon with menu options. Efax Messenger is a program that lets you receive faxes and voicemail by email. Not required in startup. http://www.efax.com

Hello all,
