Importing swf doesn't import all of the motion

I've got a client who's flash author is now gone and the only thing they have left is the .swf.

I tried to Import the swf and 90% of the action gets imported.  However, there's a sphere that "orbits" during the movie.  When imported, the sphere is just sitting there.

My guess is that there was some kind of algorithm used to orbit the sphere.  Any ideas?

Flash movies can contain actionscript that does not get imported from swf. You will most probably have to recreate the actionscript or use a third party tool to extract it.

Any recommendations of third party software?  Any examples of an actionscript that can do this?

http://flashtoolset.com I don't know if this tool can get at the actionscript. As far as I know the actionscript is in a kind of "machine code" which does not readily reverse engineer.

The flash (swf file) was layered with additional flash layers.  I'm glad it wasn't ActionScript.  Flash Tool Set was able to identify the layers and export them individually.

Thanks for the help!
