Can't locate HTTP/Request/Common.pm in @INC

When i run a .pl file, i get this error

Can't locate HTTP/Request/Common.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1/i686-linux /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1 /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/i686-linux /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1 /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at library.pl line 1.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at library.pl line 1.
Compilation failed in require at submit.pl line 10.

What can i do?

Try to download and install module below.

Try to download it and install it anyway, it might not be properly installed
