MTA generates event ID 9318 with error code 1753

I'm using Exchange 5.5 SP4, today I have error message in my event viewer, event ID 9318 with error code 1753 that caused message from my site can't delivere to other site. I have tried search Microsoft Search but can't find anything about error code 1753.

1753 means that the server cannot BINDBACK using RPC.  This is from one of the following:

 1) SP4 for Exchange 5.5 uses DNS.  Ensure that DNS can resolve completely from both servers to include reverse resolution.
 2) Network Communication

Application layer RPC (like that of Exchange uses) is not supported very well with NAT technology.  If you are using NAT between these servers, check your hardware vendor and read their comments...I have yet to find one vendor that support application RPC with NAT

Also, bandwidth is a HUGE FACTOR.  RPC does not work well if at all over the Internet.  You need a dedicated FAST link (T-1 preferrably) to keep RPC communication alive.
