Can anyone tell me how to setup my Dialogic D240SC2-T1 card so that it operates: B8ZS-EFS and DTMF/WINK START?

I was told that I have to edit the SPANDTI.PRM file but I have no idea what to change.  Can anyone tell me?

Thanks.
