Can I embedd a Word Perfect window in a VB app. and save as HTML?
if so how?

yes, I would like to have a ole/control window that is WordPerfect.  in a VB form.
Is that clear enough?

You can try another alternative.

Run word. Get its window handle. Set its parent to your form. Now you can see the word running inside your form. You can even change the word application's height and width by setting the application.height and application.width's property.

thx, I got it working.

I thought about your solution but I dont think that solution would fly with my boss.

It appears that after you embedd you embedd an OLE object and set it as a wp10doc object. if you instantiate a perfectScript object it will link and work with the OLE object instantiated without any special work involved.
Anyway, got this working on Friday, should have posted it sooner.

Thanks, I give you the points anyway though.
