error msg 229 debugging an sp.

I am using query analyzer to try to debug some stored procedures in a schema. The database tables and procedures were created logged in as sa, and are owned by dbo.
I am running ms sql server 2000
When I try to debug the procedure in query analyzer logged in as a user who is the owner with data_read and data_write rights, I get the below error message (229).
If I am logged in as sa, I do not and can debug the script.

Is there some "right" I can give the user to debug stored procedures? Is this a general problem with sp_sdidebug, or a problem with the way I am accessing my database?

Thanks for any assistance,

Server: Msg 229, Level 14, State 5, Procedure sp_sdidebug, Line 1
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]EXECUTE permission denied on object 'sp_sdidebug', database 'master', owner 'dbo'.

After looking a little further.  No matter which debugging client your using, the only user who can execute sp_sdidebug is SA since it resides in the master database.  If you want to allow other users to debug, you'll have to add them to the master db and grant execute on sp_sdidebug.
