Relay denied error message

I just got a new computer and I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2002.

When I try to use my "contact" information to send an email -- the email bounces back and says

-------------------
your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:     Web-site worksheets
      Sent:     5/16/2002 5:21 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'Craig  Graham' on 5/16/2002 5:22 PM
            550 5.7.1 <Gidrsarc@underwoodsagency.com>... Relaying denied
--------------------

But then if I type the email address into the "To:" box, the message is sent just fine.

Any ideas?

(I did import my contact list from my old computer using a CSV file.)

Also go Tools to Services and see if your Outlook Address Book is listed, if not you will need to add it. It generates the address listings for your contacts.

This link to MS was helpful - and I didn't find it yesterday.

It looks like just putting a "reply-to" address in the MS outlook email account set up has done the trick.

Thanks, April
(p.s.  I couldn't find the tabs referenced in the second post.)
