I don't think that we can change these text as any other text. What you can do is only to make a small responce window.
1. Make a new window
2. Write your text
3. Make three buttons (Car-Flower & Toy)
4. In your script where you want to show message use
   OpenWithParm(window_name, abc)
Here abc may a text or structure which information you want when you open a window with message.

Close this window when user clicked a button(Car , Flower or Toy)

This script in window
use: ClosewithReturn(window_name, abc)
If it is a only string abc is the string.

use abc string is return value from button clciked in your window and do further actions.

Read these two functions in Help(by pressing F1)

1. OpenWithParm()
2. CloseWithRetuen()

If have any further question for such messages please let me know.

Best regards

I think you should create a custom visual user object for that thing if you want to use that kind of button headings in your application and use that.

If have any further query please let me know.
