If you want *quality* VB controls you are going to have to pay for them.  Here is one site I use for VB controls:  http://www.vbxtras.com/

How about this site:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VB98\UserControls

Just create this folder and make your own and put them there!
