mailbox security in exchange 2000

In exchange 5.5 it was possible to grant someone access to a complete mailbox through the exchange administrator.
Can this be done in Exchange 2000 also.

At a customer site they use a lot of "general purpuse" mailboxes and secretarys have access to different mailboxes to maintain calanders and stuff.
So now I end up with giving access to individuals on a folder by folder basis.

are there shortcuts here.

thanks in advance

using "find" to filter out those mailbox that you want to grant access to others. select those mailboxs(users), right click===>property===>exchange advanced tab====>mailbox right.

then grant someone access to those mailbox by giving them the right permission.
Thanks for your reply

But if anyone can use their own dynamiclly assigned IP as the smtp server then, why would below soft exist? there are other soft like that but not too many.
Also. you certainlly can not take your dynamic IP( after dialup ) as the smtp server in your outlook express.
I have read the help file but find not much help. I think it is the same question/problem I asked first.

Whether its advertising your business or to send product updates, newsletters, and other materials to many recipients Direct Mail gets the job done."

Is this "exchange advanced tab" tab availeble only in native mode, or also in mixed mode?
And is this in "active directory and computers" or in "exchange system manager"?
I have seen 3 or 4 exchange 2000 systems, and I never saw the tab.

thanks in advance.
