first a few things to try
can you ping any thing
from a prompt type
also from a prompt type
ipconfig /all
then try and ping the ip address assigned to you by the isp
then try and ping here both by www.experts-exchange.com and by
check device manager to see that the NIC is recognized and has no problems
also try a system restore
start -->programs-->accessories-->system tools-->system restore and choose a time before this happened
you can also try sfc
do you have an anti virus program and is it up to date?
also for now disable any firewall software. Are you sharing a connection, or is this the only one on the network?
