IE5.5 - embedding SWF file in HTML code

I'm no flash expert - but I have a prog. that writes some very simple swf files.
If I run the swf file - my browser replays it fine. I do have some more experience in writing HTML code - I would like to run the swf within a cell of a table. What code do I need to write to do this please?
Thanks

        </embed>
      </object></td>
  </tr>
</table>
</body>
</html>
'
Where...'movie'...is the name of your file..

Thanks Zeffer the code worked fine. I was able to strip it down to just
<embed src="file:///C|/THE PATH TO YOUR FILE/movie.swf">
</embed>
