Route email to outside email ex. Hotmail.com address

If I host a domain domain.com and I want to give customers email addresses to this domain but have it route the messages that come in with this email address to their hotmail account or any email that they choose.  How would I do this?

Exchange 2000,

This would also be multiple users with their own individual personal email accounts that would end up getting the email from the usersname@hosteddomain.com to their personalemail@aol.com email address.

For their outside address create a contact object in active directory.  Make sure to put to outside
email address on the email address tab after creating the user or below the alias when creating the
user.  Then open the user account in active directory and go to the Exchange General tab.  Click on
Delivery Options and you will see the fowarding address. Click the foward to radio button and click
the modify button and type the alias of the contact you created. There is a checkbox below the forward to radio button this will send the message to the local mailbox and the fowarding address. This will foward the mail to the email
address created in the contact.
