Protocol problem

Dear Experts
I am using hardware device PG-2750C with my application (Developed in VC++).But I am unable to know the protocol that device uses. I have tried very much but I am unable to detect its protocol. If you want to know about hardware device that I am using then click the link

and see only PG-2750C(LCD Display). Because I am using
this device.
Due to this I am unable to communicate with my application.Moreover I am using createfile() and maskcomm tecnique to open COM port. Any suggestion will be warmly wecomed.
I have also checked it with Hyper terminal and tera term pro emulator type things.

Dear jkr very nice to you. I have succeded half but not checked further and also it will take sometime to confirm however I hope it will help me great so again thanks and hope 300 are your.

Sorry, no other hints - you will have to 'reverse-engineer' the communication by yourself...

Actually I am waiting for master card as I get master card I will check all protocols that I have written by portmon. So plz wait I am also hanging up due to lack of master card.
