Does anybody have 3 Phase Commit protocol implemented in C/C++?

This one provides C/C++ access to a libery, but it looks like it is not implemented in C:

It is two-links in, under "distribution"  THis linke sould get you a winzip-compatible file.

I doubt if this is exactly what you are looking for, but there may be some practical samples or something there.
