Missing or out of date export.dll Error Message

I have created and distributed a Crystal Report using the Crystal Report Distribution Expert.

After installing the report, they can print the report to a window, but receive the following error message when attempting to export:

print enging error
error in file c: program files\seagate software\distributed reports\nml2tnt.rpt
missing or out of date export.dll

The report was created using version 8.5, client is using Windows XP OS.

I need to rectify this.  I need to know:

1.  Can I update a .dll file on there workstation?  
If so, which one and where should it be located?

2.  Is there a better way to distribute a crystal report?  My clients would like the ability to export to a .pdf file which isn't supported using the Report Distribution Expert.

Sorry for the delay...I had to test it on my clients pc.

Turns out they didn't have the export files.
