Hi,

I'm using a doc/view setup with a CFormView base and II'm wondering if there is any way to force the update that DoDataExchange does.

Also, does this same method work on a dialog app?

My specific problem is that I need to detect a radio button set selection change and I dont know how...

Add DoDataExchange(...) //by AppWz if not added
{
 DDX_Check(pDX, IDC_RADIO, m_bVar );

}
include int m_bVar; //in header of FormView
in messagehandler
call UpdateData() and check value of m_bVar

And yes, this method will also work in a dialog based app.
