showModalDialog and Submit

I have a window that pops up another dialog window(using showModalDialog). But the problem is everytime I submits the dialog window, it will opens up the result another new window.

Why is this happening ? Can I prevent this ?

Yes, you can. use an IFRAME inside the modal window. and The IFRAME now references the page or form you are loading in the modal window instead. This will allow the form to be posted without having a new window spawned.

Great in fact I am using the SmartNav.js script from ASP.NET and it works...in my normal ASP
