Corel 9 Error "Unable to create new document"

I have Corel V9 installed in a server running Windows NT 4.0. The Corel software has been working properly for more than 1 year. Now, whenever I try to create a new document or open an existing one I get the "Unable to create new document" message. If I login as Administrator the error doesn't occur. If I login as another user (even with admin privileges) I always get this error. Can you help me? Thanks in advance.

Either you have not domain admin privileges or you need to download the latest service pack from Corel.
I had the same problem with users that after they upgraded WIN NT 4.0 with microsofts latest service packs.
Giving user domain administrating rights resolved the problem.
