populate 2 frames from a separate navigation frame

I have a 3 frame html page and I want to load two separte html files into 2 of the frames (one html page per frame) from a single click on the hyperlink (which resides in the third frame). Can someone help me?

Lets assume that the two target frames have been nameed target1 and target two:
