Well, I found this info at the following site:

http://www.installsite.org/pages/en/bugs_is5.htm

TEMP Directory Not Cleaned in Case of Reboot / Error -112 During Setup Initialization
Description:
IS 5.53 creates a directory named similar to _istmp1.dir (with a unique number) in the user's TEMP directory, and a _istmp0.dir below it. If setup is finished without reboot, these directories are removed. However, if the user chooses to reboot his system in SdFinishReboot, these directories are left behind (although their content is deleted).
If _istmp99.dir is reached, no more setups can be run on this computer, they fail with error -112.
Cause:
InstallShield correctly registers all files in SUPPORTDIR for deletion on the next reboot, but omits the directories themselves.
Workarounds:
Add the directories to the PendingFileRenameOperations registry key (for Windows NT) or WININIT.INI (for Windows 95/98) using InstallShield's registry or ini file functions. Be careful not to delete other directories!
Status:
This problem has been reported by several people in the newsgroups.

Here's another site, with a simpler explanation of what you can do:

http://www.autofx.com/techsupport/Legacy/PGP/122error.html

This error occurs when the installer cannot find the files used during the installation. Typically they are not completely copied to the temporary location, so when the installer looks for the files it needs they are not there, which returns an error 112. To fix this issue you should empty the "c:\windows\temp" or "c:\temp" folder on you hard drive. This will enable the installer to copy the files it needs to complete the installation.

There were so many _is... directories in the C:\windows\temp dir it was not funny.  Deleted everything out of c:\windows\temp and now Installshield works.

Thanks very much.

WordPress Tutorial 2: Terminology

An important part of learning any new piece of software is understanding the terminology it uses. Thankfully WordPress uses fairly simple names for everything that make it easy to start using the software.

I am sorry.  I did not realize a "Good" was a "B" grade and that I was grading you.  You provided me with a good answer.  And you found web sites that I was not able to find, and I searched.  I also posted the question in Microsofts email support and they came back with the same answer.  Not that his means anything. I will be more than happy to change to an "A" grade by selecting "Excellent".  Just tell me how.
