Dear All,
I dont have very good experience in how to deal with sound in Java!!!
I want to ask if there is a method that can convert any sound file to the internal representation which is a number?
Any sample of code or comment will be very helpful.
Please help.
Thanx in advance.

Hi,

Check out the "JavaSound API Programmer's Guide" from Sun at http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4/docs/guide/sound/programmer_guide/index.html

I have tried the examples and they all seem to work very efficiently.
