At my company we have 3 SQL Servers running on Win Server 2000 and SQL 2000.  1 was built from scratch and gets no errors, 2 were upgraded from NT4/SQL7 and I get quite a few packet errors showing up on sp_monitor.
Has anyone else seen this?  What did you do to fix it?

THese counter indicate network usage, and errors indicates that your network might not be stable for that server...

Have you any events in the event viewer that correlates with this?
