Adsl Connection and also a Modem Connection Together.

I am running Win98 2nd Edition., and have an ADSL connection., which is connected 24 hours.
I also have a modem connected to another phone number line., on the same computer.
The download limit on the adsl is small.
My modem connection IP, allows unlimited download.
I need to have both the adsl connected and the modem at the same time.
All Explorer and general internet access via adsl.
All ftp via modem. (port 21)
Or in reverse to the above, ie ftp via adsl, other via modem.!!!
Is this possible ???????
Appreciate any advice.

No, you can use one, the other or both, but you cannot specify which app uses which gateway. You can split the bandwidth with a third party app
connection teaming

again this will use both, but you cannot specify which app will use which connection
