HTML format in Outlook Express

Dear Experts

I am using outlook express to send/receive email, but whenever I receive a mail it is always shown in text format and not in HTML.  Even mesages that I send are received by other users in this format.

I have already checked tools, options send, send in HTML format but to no avail.  For example I have also set the program to use stationary but other users simply receive the image file used by the stationary as an attachment.  Can you please indicate to me what might be the reason??
Thanks

What email client are the other users working with?  You can send anything you want from OE, but it will only be received as sent if the recipient is using OE or a compatible client.

Try sending yourself an email and see if it is in HTML format in the "Sent Items" folder.  Do you receive it back as HTML in your Inbox?

If you receive it back as Plain Text, what ISP are you using, as the conversion may be occuring there as well?
