Word to PDF => problems with page size / rotating text

I have a Word document, using landscape 8,2inch width X 5,5inch height. (A5 landscape)

I want to convert it to PDF, but i always get the wrong page size, or acrobat rotated my text 90 degrees...

I tried every option in the "change conversion settings" of the pdf creation plug-in.

I edited the "default page size" and entered my page size, but then the text is rotated 90°.
When i use "auto-rotate pages" my page including text rotates another 90°...  :-((

Can somebody help me out here ?

Thanks a lot

How is it set up? What printer driver are you using when you make the PDF?

Acrobat often rotates it, as long as the page is OK but just rotated, you can rotate it back AFTER you have it in Acrobat. You need the full version of Acrobat, but I'm assuming you have that because you have Distiller.

If the page is right but just the TEXT is rotated, that's another story entirely... and could be something in the Word settings conflicting with the Acrobat ones.

ASKER

Printer Driver:
HP Laserjet 2100 TN

I'm using the full version of Acrobat 5.

After some testing, i found that i was unable to create PDF files smaller then an "A4" format. (29,7 X 21 cm)

really strange...

The text is not only rotated, but also about the half of the document "runs" over the page border.

I'm a little desperate :-/
