In a report where a page total is printed on all pages, i  want to print a report total in the on the last  place instead of page total on the "same place". how can i achieve this .
is that is possible to obtain  a cumilative page wise total on all pages
(ie  on second page pg total of the first page + pg total of the second page )

Maybe this solution from Metalink will help you:

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
====================

How can you create a running total to appear at the bottom of each page on a multi-page report?

SOLUTION DESCRIPTION:
=====================

1.  Create a group level summary column "CS_1" in the data model.
     Source = < field >
     Reset at: Report
     Function = Sum

2.  Create a Report level summary column "CS_2", (outside the group).
     Source = < CS_1 >
     Reset at: Page
     Function = Last

3.  Create a field in the Layout Editor between the repeating frame and
           the Master Group Frame.

     Source = < CS_2 >
     General Layout
     Print Condition = All
