If you installed Delphi as administrator, and are logged
in as administrator when this happens, you should have full access rights. In that case I don't know
what's going on.
If not, then this could help:
1. If you installed Delphi as administrator, then use
Delphi only as admin.
Try:
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> User Accounts -> User Account types
too see what you can't do as ordinary (limited account type) user.
2. If that doesn't do the trick, you didn't install Delphi as admin. Uninstall Delphi, restart PC, log in as administrator and then install Delphi. Use it as admin, so that you can have full access rights.
