I have two users that share each others inbox.  When trying to copy Users A Contact's to User B, Instead of updating User B it deleted the contact's from User A's and didn't copy them over to User B.  Without backups is there any place that Users A contacts is store that I could retrieve it from

How were you copying the Contacts?  Were you dragging and dropping?

What version of Outlook are you using, and how are the folders being shared?  ie are you on Exchange sharing mailboxes or are you using NetFolders, etc.

I assume you have checked the respective "deleted items" folders?
