No, this is a 'new feature' of W2k. You will notice that the 'underlines' will appear once you press the 'Alt' key to access the menu.

I have an MFC App Wizard app that contains Menus. On some Win2K machines the &quot;underline&quot; for Menus do not appear. i.e. &quot;F&quot; for File Menu, &quot;E&quot; of Edit Menu etc do not appear underlined. However the short cut key operations (Alt-F, Alt-E) etc continue to work!<br />
