how to use DCOM component from another DCOM Component

Can anyone please help me..

i have one out process dcom component ..now i want use the same component in some other DCOM component can any body give a sample code of two DCOM components one as SERVER and another one as CLIENT component (both .exe) ASAP. with any functionality..
